Slow Food is an international organization of more than 80,000 members in more than 100 countries, all dedicated to protecting the pleasures of the table from the homogenization of modern fast food. Slow Food is a movement that promotes gastronomic culture, taste education, conservation of agricultural biodiversity and inclusion of traditional foods at risk of extinction.
The International Culinary Institute of Myrtle Beach takes pride in using many locally grown and produced vegetables, fruits, meats, seafood, cheese, and eggs to support local farmers.
