Prepare your tastebuds for an unparalleled experience with 8-12 of your closest friends. You will meet with Award Winning Chefs Joseph Bonaparte and Nathan “Tany” Hashmonay, of the International Culinary Institute of Myrtle Beach, to plan your seasonal five to seven course menu. The dinner will be personally prepared by the chefs with assistance from culinary arts students. The dinner can be themed to the hosts’ desires; local, southern, Italian, French, Thais, Japanese or any other style of cuisine desired.
Wines are to be supplied by the winning bidder. Your chefs will provide wine consultation if desired.
Chef Bonaparte is the Executive Director for the International Culinary Institute of Myrtle Beach at Horry Georgetown Technical College. He has competed internationally, including the Culinary Olympics in 2012, is considered an expert in Italian cuisine, and has extensive knowledge in many national and international cuisines.
Chef Hashmonay is an American Culinary Federation Certified Executive Chef. Trained in France, he is an expert in Mediterranean and Farm to Table cuisines.
Inlet Affairs has been catering throughout the state of South Carolina since 2004. Gather your friends and as-sociates and impress them with this catered event for up to 50 guests at the location of your choice. Your guests will enjoy a fruit, cheese, and vegetable display with dill dip and assorted crackers, shrimp and grits, mini tomato pies, spinach dip with parmesan house chips, chicken satay with Thai peanut sauce and gorgon-zola meatballs with marinara.

You will enjoy the scrumptious culinary delight and impeccable service from Strand Catering. His signature hors d’oeuvres include Strawberry Goat Cheese Bruschetta, Chilled Shrimp with Tomato-Lime Red Onion Sauce, Bleu Cheese Mousse and Crispy Bacon on Toasted Rye Round, Warm Chicken Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms with Provolone, Seared Sea Scallops over Asparagus-Bacon Sauce and Shaved Asparagus Salad, Wine Roasted Mushrooms on a Goat Cheese Crostini and so much more! Chef Tom Mullally is a highly acclaimed international chef with over 30 years of experience in the culinary industry. He received his A.S. in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. His culinary expertise has taken him internationally working with numerous hotels and restaurants abroad.
Chef Tom is a chef instructor at the Horry-Georgetown Technical College International Culinary Institute in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. His students have continued his legacy with winning numerous highly recognized culinary competitions as well as having successful careers. This award winning chef has participated in six American Culinary Federation competitions medaling with four golds, one silver and one bronze. During his career he has competed in 17 culinary competitions winning eleven first place awards and received a total of 45 awards.
Departing from Grande Dunes Marina, you and seven guests will enjoy a lunch of gourmet food and wine prepared by an HGTC Executive Chef at the International Culinary Institute. Relax as you enjoy the sites as you cruise along the waterway in the luxurious yacht. Travel dates are weather contingent and available in April and May.
