Train To Work MB
It’s never too late to start or restart your career. This pilot program focuses on six career tracks and was designed to meet employer demand by rapidly training a skilled workforce. Train to Work MB will help you gain employment and further your education. Financial assistance will be provided.

HOSPITALITY Training includes keeping guest rooms clean, safe and maintained, as well as training in a front-line position at a lodging property as a front desk representative. 48 hrs. | ||

CERTIFIED NURSE AIDE Successful students will be eligible to take the State Nurse Aide Certification Exam. Training includes communication, interpersonal skills, Infection Control, Safety & Emergency Procedures and basic nursing skills. Clinical hours are held at an off-site location. 100% attendance required. 100 hrs. | ||

RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION/CARPENTRY Students will learn the process of Residential Construction from start to finish, discuss the trades involved, explore their career possibilities, and become familiar with the various trade tools and safety training. Study of lumber types and sizes with their uses & various building components. 56 hrs. | ||
