Fischer Hayes, an HGTC Student Success Story

Fischer Hayes learned as a student at St. James High School that he had a talent for math, science and construction. The more questions he asked, the more he became interested in engineering. Fischer enrolled in Engineering Technology at HGTC knowing he would eventually transfer to The Citadel, one of the top engineering schools in America.

Fischer worked his way through HGTC, competed against other engineering students at four-year colleges during statewide competitions, and saved thousands of dollars in tuition by starting here. Learn more about Fisher's success by watching this interview.
