Horry-Georgetown Technical College (HGTC) Study Abroad and Competition Clubs invite the community to a special Popup Guest Chef Dinner featuring Chef Lorenzo Polegri from Italy on Friday, February 7, at 6:30 p.m. at the International Culinary Institute of Myrtle Beach (ICI).

Chef Polegri, an internationally acclaimed chef and restaurateur, will collaborate with HGTC culinary students to prepare an extraordinary dining experience. This exclusive fundraising dinner is designed to support students in their educational pursuits, including study abroad opportunities and culinary competitions that enhance their skills and career prospects.

The cost to attend this unique culinary event is $90 per person, with proceeds supporting students’ study abroad trips and competition participation, providing them with invaluable hands-on learning experiences.

"We are honored to welcome Chef Lorenzo Polegri to the International Culinary Institute of Myrtle Beach," said Joe Bonaparte, HGTC Executive Director of the International Culinary Institute of Myrtle Beach. "This event not only offers a world-class dining experience but also directly impacts our students by supporting their educational growth and global culinary exposure."
