In addition, he will also be hosting an exclusive dinner event at the International Culinary Institute of Myrtle Beach (ICI) to support the Study Abroad Club. The event, planned for Thursday, June 13 at 6:00 p.m., presents a unique opportunity to experience Chef Porter’s exceptional culinary talents and his dedication to sustainable and locally sourced ingredients.

Chef Porter, known for his incredible creativity and innovative cuisine, has built a distinguished career on his sound culinary principles and his commitment to supporting local farmers and businesses. With formal training from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute and extensive experience in prestigious kitchens across the country, including the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa and the Greenbrier Resort, Chef Porter brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our institute.

Using classic techniques and the most seasonal ingredients, Porter presents guests with innovative and special menus yet rooted in the familiar. The menu will feature ingredients the chef brings directly from the TERRA farms and ranches including Heritage Tajima Wagyu Beef, Heritage Icelandic Lamb, Heritage Iberico Pork, Heritage Coo Coo Maran farm eggs, and other amazing ingredients from his property.
