The Horry-Georgetown Technical College (HGTC) Foundation is pleased to announce a significant donation of $15,016.33 from The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Myrtle Beach Chapter, an esteemed international organization devoted to nurturing culinary talent and fostering a passion for the culinary arts.
This generous contribution will directly benefit the International Culinary Institute’s Student Clubs, student-run initiatives aimed at developing the next generation of chefs and food enthusiasts through hands-on learning and mentorship. The funds will be used to support a range of programs, including cooking classes, culinary competitions, and mentorship opportunities that inspire aspiring chefs. The donation will also be used to purchase essential kitchen equipment, top-quality ingredients, and educational resources that will enhance the participants’ training experience.
