Horry-Georgetown Technical College (HGTC) recently announced the plans surrounding the 2024 Commencement Ceremony for the 2023-2024 academic year. The College will host two ceremonies on Wednesday, May 01, commencing at 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., respectively at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center.

“We are looking forward to hosting our spring commencement ceremony this year and celebrating the academic achievements of HGTC students and lasting contributions of our employees,” said Dr. Marilyn Murphy Fore, HGTC President. “It is going to be a grand celebration for our graduates in May!”

Students eligible to participate in the May 1 ceremony must have completed degree requirements in Fall 2023 or scheduled to complete degree requirements in Spring 2024 or Summer 2024.
