HGTC was the only two-year college represented, and the team took home the most awards of any school.
HGTC submitted 15 pieces from 12 students and won in nine categories. The awards were:
Two Golds: Brandon Small for packaging and Rene Merino for photography.
Three Silvers: Brandon Small for brochure, Jeff Davis for brochure, and Brandon Crosser for photographer.
Four Bronzes: Sarah Jordan for logo, Takia Scott for photography, Chelsea Brown for photography, and Amber Ford for photography. Amber Ford is a student at Early College High School.
The gold and silver winners will go on to the district competition.
“Our digital arts students always represent us well at the ADDYs, and this year is no exception,” said digital arts assistant chair and professor Melissa Pirozzi. “Their talent shines through in all of their pieces, and we are so proud of them and the hard work they put in to this competition.”
