Horry-Georgetown Technical College (HGTC) is pleased to announce the HGTC Foundation recently received a $20,000 donation from Bobby Gale’s Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep and Myrtle Beach Kia for the Automotive Technology program. The donation will assist with program needs, such as books, equipment, and scholarships.

“The HGTC Foundation is extremely grateful for partners like Bobby Gale. This donation exemplifies their commitment to investing in the communities they serve. The funds will go directly to enhancing our new Automotive Technology program and providing more skilled and qualified workers in our area workforce,” said Shannon Detzler, HGTC Foundation president & CEO.
